We want you to love what you bought. If something is wrong, here is how we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — free replacement or refund

If your print arrives damaged, has a print defect, is the wrong item, or is the wrong quantity, you do not need to send it back. Email a photo to team@printsforwall.com within 14 days of receipt. Once we confirm the issue, we will either send you a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

A "print defect" includes: visible misprint, scratches, or color so far off that the image looks broken. Small differences between what you saw on screen and the printed result are not defects. Color shifts within normal printing tolerance happen with every printed product and are not covered.

This applies wherever you are in the world. Because our prints are made on demand, a replacement is produced and sent within a few days.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

This right applies to our prints. Even though they are produced after you order, they are sold in standard sizes (8×10, 11×14, 30×40 cm, and so on) and are not personalized to you. The exception in Czech Civil Code §1837(d) for goods made to a consumer's specification does not apply.

How long you have

The 14-day period starts the day you (or someone you nominated) physically receive the goods. If your order arrives in several packages, the period starts when the last one is received.

How to withdraw

Tell us within 14 days, in any clear written form. You can:

• Email team@printsforwall.com with your order number and "I withdraw from the contract."
• Send the statutory withdrawal form (below) by email or post to Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha - Nové Město, Czechia.

You do not need to send the print back

Because every print is made for you and cannot be resold, we do not ask you to ship it back. There is nothing to pack and no return label to pay for. Keep the print or recycle it, whichever you prefer.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund goes to the same payment method you used and covers the price of the goods plus standard delivery. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate, not the extra.

Change of mind

The 14-day withdrawal right above is for EU and EEA consumers only, because EU law requires it. If you are based outside the EU and EEA, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. We accept returns only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, as described at the top of this page.

For everyone, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after the 14-day withdrawal period. Each print is made on demand for your order, so we cannot resell it.

Statutory two-year warranty

In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, EU consumers have a statutory warranty of two years under Civil Code §2161. If a fault appears within two years of receipt, contact us and we will assess the issue. For clear print defects we send a free replacement or refund you.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind quickly, email team@printsforwall.com with your order number. If we can stop production before it starts, we cancel and refund in full. Once Gelato has begun producing your order, cancellation may no longer be possible — but the 14-day withdrawal right still applies once you receive the goods.

Refund timing

Once approved:

• Card payments via Shopify Payments: 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
• PayPal: 1 to 3 business days.
• Other methods: typically 5 to 10 business days.

The exact timing depends on your bank.
