This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how to control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let the site remember things between page loads — for example, what is in your cart, your language preference, or whether you are logged in.

Some "cookies" are actually similar technologies (local storage, pixels, fingerprints). They work in similar ways and are covered by the same rules.

How we use cookies

We use cookies in four categories. You consent to non-essential categories through the cookie banner the first time you visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

These cookies make the store work. Without them, you cannot add items to a cart, check out, or stay logged in. We do not ask consent for these because the store cannot function without them.

2. Functional (consent-based)

Used to remember preferences such as language, currency, or recently viewed products. Improve your experience but are not essential.

3. Analytics (consent-based, not active yet)

We plan to add PostHog (hosted in the EU at eu.posthog.com) to understand how the store is used and to fix usability issues. PostHog data does not leave the EEA.

Once activated, PostHog will set cookies that count page views and record anonymized session events. We will update this section before going live and re-prompt you for consent.

4. Marketing (consent-based, not active yet)

We plan to add the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram and to build retargeting audiences. We will update this section and re-prompt you for consent before activating it.

If you are reading this and the cookie banner does not offer analytics or marketing categories, that means those tools are not active yet.

How to control cookies

On our store. Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer to change your choices, or accept/reject categories the first time you visit.

In your browser. All major browsers let you delete existing cookies and block new ones. Search "manage cookies" plus your browser name (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) for instructions. Blocking all cookies will break the store — you will not be able to check out.

Through global signals. We respect the Global Privacy Control browser signal where applicable.

Third-party links

The store may link to third-party sites (artist pages, social media). Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies. We are not responsible for them.

Changes

We update this page whenever we add, remove, or change a cookie. Material additions are announced in the cookie banner.
