We do not run a phone line. Every order question needs an order number or a photo, so email gives us a record and gets you a clear written answer.
Every print is printed just for you and shipped worldwide. We make it in 2 to 4 business days, then delivery depends on your destination. The exact estimate and cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, print size and weight, so you always see the exact amount before paying.
We ship worldwide, wherever our print network reaches. A small number of destinations are excluded by carrier or regulation; checkout will tell you before you pay.
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your print is dispatched. Updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or VAT set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the full order value and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Do not send it back. Email a photo to team@printsforwall.com within 14 days of receipt and we will send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
EU and EEA customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order arrives, and because each print is printed just for you there is nothing to ship back. Outside the EU and EEA we accept returns only for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Every print is printed just for you after you order. Our production partner prints it at the facility closest to your shipping address, which usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Larger sizes can take a day or two longer. Production time does not include shipping.
Delivery time depends on your country and carrier. As a guide: Czechia and the EU, 2 to 5 business days after dispatch; United Kingdom, 3 to 6; United States and Canada, 4 to 8; Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world, 5 to 12. Your real estimate is calculated at checkout.
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email team@printsforwall.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
