Acceptable Use

Effective 2026-06-27.

This page lists what you may not do when using our store. Most customers never read this, and they never need to — the rules are common-sense. We publish them so the line is clear if a problem ever comes up.

What you may do

Browse, buy, read product pages, share product links with friends, leave a review if we ask for one. Normal customer behavior.

What you may not do

Around the artwork

  • Copy our artwork or extract image files from the site for any purpose other than personal preview of a product you are considering.
  • Republish, resell, or redistribute our artwork (including printed copies you purchased) for commercial use.
  • Use scraping tools or automated downloads to harvest images, product data, or pricing.
  • Reverse-engineer our content protection.

All artwork is copyrighted. Purchase grants you a personal-use license, not the underlying copyright. See IP & Copyright.

Around ordering

  • Place orders with fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or someone else's identity.
  • Abuse chargebacks for orders you actually received.
  • Use shipping addresses you do not have permission to use.

Around interacting with us

  • Send threats, harassment, or abusive language to our team or to carrier staff handling your delivery.
  • Impersonate another person to mislead us about an order or a complaint.

Around the website

  • Run security tests, vulnerability scans, or denial-of-service attempts without our prior written permission.
  • Upload, post, or transmit malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' accounts or to backend systems.

Legal compliance

  • Use the store in any way that breaks Czech, EU, or your local law.

What happens if you break these rules

Depending on the severity and pattern, we may:

  • Refuse a specific order.
  • Cancel and refund existing orders.
  • Block your account, email, or IP address.
  • Report criminal conduct to authorities.
  • Pursue civil claims for damages or copyright infringement.

We make these decisions on our own judgment. We do not have to warn before acting.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is breaking these rules — for example, you find our artwork being resold somewhere — email team@printsforwall.com with details and we will look into it.
